The Protonic controller is 1:1 carefully read out and the reconfiguration for P500 is done.
Most Controllers have only a 2 or 3 point anti surge line,
but with the P500 you can set the curve as exactly as you want.
The hole configuration is tested by a test rack and simulation with an audit trail.
Also the coupling to the running DCS is done via Modbus, Profibus or you use the Amoba developt OPC server.
The new configuration is coming along with a full hardware and software documentation “as build”.
